Responsibilities
The Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) shall perform duties in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Safety Act/Fire Safety Regulations (Fire Safety Managers) and assist the Employer in the following areas.
Schedule of Maintenance Details of Services
Frequency
- Fire Safety Manager must submit a report detailing the inspection to the Employer within 7 days of the inspection date
- Fire Drill
- Tabletop Exercise
- FSM Annual Report to the Employer
- Fire Safety Committee Setup
- Fire Safety Committee Review
- Preparation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Review Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
- Review of ERP and CERT
- Attend and endorse on Fire Certificate Renewal form
- Attend SCDF operational survey and other additional inspections
- Ad-hoc as and when notified by the Employer
