Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material take-offs (MTO).
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, clarifications, and bid documentation.
- Design Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and Gas Suppression Systems in accordance with DEWA, TAQA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, NFPA, and project specifications.
