In this specialized role, you will leverage your deep expertise in IPO readiness and technical accounting to drive complex financial reporting. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy while managing audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead carve-out financial statements preparation under US GAAP
• Execute conversions from IFRS to US GAAP
• Prepare complete financial statements and MD&A sections
• Act as contact for auditors and manage audit processes
