Scope of the Position
The Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) is a vital contributor to the FP&A function, supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making for Nch’ḵaý. The SFA possesses strong expertise in real‑estate development analysis, cash‑flow analysis, and forecasting, and is adept at preparing and presenting financial information for senior leadership. They provide performance insights, conduct reviews of income‑producing properties, and support long‑term forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis of budget to actuals. The analyst is a key business partner for the Nch’ḵaý group of companies, offering analysis, financial recommendations, and helping build financial acumen among business leaders. The SFA collaborates closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive value creation and strategic alignment.
