Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will create and utilize data-driven analysis that holds the senior leaders of the business accountable to delivering budget targets. This role requires effective communication, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, the ability to extract insights from large and multiple data sets, and the ability to develop and maintain complex Excel models while growing the P&L.

Responsibilities

Establishing solid business partnerships with leaders across the business

Preparing presentations for the Senior Management team

Preparing, improving and streamlining the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process

Performing deep analysis and scorecard against budget/forecast monthly and quarterly

Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting
