Senior Financial Analyst – Capital Management

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative solutions and better business outcomes with your analytical acumen and creativity
• Lead the consolidation of all TELUS capital reporting and reconciliation of reporting systems
• Prepare variance analysis and commentary, including high level explanations for the Corporate FP&A reporting team
• Complete regular and ad-hoc monthly accounting entries
• Prepare Balance Sheet and other reconciliations along with supporting analysis
• Prepare quarterly Audit Committee and MD&A commentary, assist with the preparation of information to address internal and external auditor requests
• Support the creation and maintenance of capital projects, investment management structures and budget transfers
• Facilitate annual training sessions with our Capital Leadership Teams to help all business units better understand capitalization policies and accounting procedures
