Provide controlling support for day‑to‑day operations while proactively identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting centralization initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing development of our controlling model.
Main Responsibilities
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, including accrual calculations, journal entry preparation, and posting in SAP.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data in financial systems (SAP and TM1).
- Manage Personnel Costs controlling, including bonus and incentive accruals and true‑up processes.
- Prepare balance sheet analyses, accruals, prepaids, reserves, and monthly account reconciliations, providing clear explanations for balance fluctuations.
- Support the financial reporting process by delivering timely and accurate analyses to Controllers, including variance analysis, trends, risks, and opportunities.
