- Oversee the end-to-end debtors process, ensuring outstanding accounts are effectively managed and collections are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate student account information and regularly review ageing balances.
- Drive debt recovery initiatives through proactive follow-ups and collection procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders while resolving account-related queries.
- Generate and present debtor status reports to management, highlighting risks and collection progress.
- Support the administration of accounts payable and fixed assets.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
