Senior Financial Accountant (London)

Position: Senior Financial Accountant, Financial Reporting & Taxation
Reports To: Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Taxation
Key ResponsibilitiesRecord month‑end adjusting entries and capital entries for investment funds and development properties
Monitor cash flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other payments
Assist with coding of invoices to the correct fund and general ledger accounts
Assist with the preparation of financial statements for both internal and external users
Prepare year‑end audit and tax working paper files within scheduled deadlines
Prepare month‑end reporting for external parties
Liaise with management and third‑party financial information providers
Complete ad‑hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes
Assist with other department functions as required
QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
