Senior Finance Project/Program Manager

Senior Finance Program/Project Manager leads complex, cross‑functional Finance transformation initiatives that modernize Finance processes, systems, and ways of working. This role is accountable for driving end‑to‑end program delivery and for process‑driven initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and adoption.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end‑to‑end project delivery from definition through execution, adoption, and value realization.
• Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing, and governance.
• Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor, and de‑risk multi‑phase initiatives.
