Senior Finance Manager

. Billing, payouts, costs, and cash flow are core to the business model.

We are hiring a
senior, hands-on finance operator
to own:

• Costs and budgeting
• Monthly billing via
  Stripe + Stripe Connect
• Cash flow and runway
• Investor-grade financial reporting

This role exists to ensure the company always has
clean numbers, tight cost control, and zero ambiguity around billing and cash
.

This is an
execution-heavy IC role
, not a people-management role.

What you will own (end-to-end)

1. Cost ownership & budgeting

2. Own all operating expenses across graph8 and the CIENCE business unit

3. Build budgets with the CEO and operate independently within them
4. Enforce spend controls and approval rules
5. Track burn vs plan and proactively flag variances
