As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be supporting the General Manager providing exceptional execution of financial processes to achieve strong business growth and profitability. You will work with all departments to understand the fundamental KPI’s of the business and help develop strategies to reach company targets in collaboration with the leadership team.
As the financial leader for the organization, you will own best practices in reporting, internal controls, systems, compliance, and corporate governance. This position requires a motivated, energetic person who is detail oriented, a strong executor, and can meet the demands of a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will be an effective people manager with solid experience in delivering financial results in a software company.
Compensation is $120,000 - $140,000 base plus package and bonus
