Responsibilities
- Managing customer acquisition and retention expenses for various business units – partnering with business leaders and Accounting to set budgets and report monthly expenses
- Partnering with GTM and/or sales organizations to make strategic growth decisions
- Analyzing and reporting on financial results and key metrics – distilling/synthesizing key trends and assessing current and future business risk
- Performing analysis over complex data sets for senior company leadership
- Support executive reporting and drive automation, leveraging AI tools to streamline manual Excel‑based processes
