Position: Senior Finance Accountant
Location: Two Ecom, Pasay City
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift
Responsibilities
- The Accounting / Finance Associate provides essential support to the finance and accounting operations. You help maintain accurate financial records, assist in closing processes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain and update the general ledger.
- Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts (e.g., bank, prepaid, payables, receivables).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
- Help prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
