Senior Field Manager

THE ROLE

Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Senior Field Manager to lead and coordinate all field operations campaigns as we scale our climate protective programs. This is a critical operational role that will take ownership of international and domestic logistics, regulatory coordination, equipment management, and field instrumentation. The Senior Field Manager will be the operational backbone of this early‑stage company’s field campaigns and the primary interface between our ground teams, local agencies, consultants, and internal leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute field operations campaigns end‑to‑end, including meteorological station deployment, experiment event ground‑truthing instrumentation, and data hand‑off to the modeling team.
• Monitor and maintain monitoring networks, ensuring data flow for modeling and data analysis.
