Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on support throughout the design lifecycle
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for clients
• Conduct training for sales teams on technical solutions
• Implement impactful demand creation initiatives
• Log customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
• BSEE / BS in Electrical Engineering is necessary
• MSEE preferred for advanced roles
