Senior Failure Analysis Engineer – Devices & PCM

Infineon Technologies in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a skilled technician to perform Discrete Devices and PCM Failure Analysis. The successful candidate will analyze failures at the wafer and package levels, report findings, and participate in cross-functional meetings to drive improvements.

Applicants should have a Degree or Master in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, along with strong teamwork abilities and a passion for understanding device failures. Training junior colleagues post-onboarding is also expected.
