Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations at the assigned site while leading and managing a team of facility staff, technicians, and contractors.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure comprehensive asset lifecycle management, and maintain accurate asset registers.
- Manage operations budgets, enforce strict cost controls, and handle optimal resource allocation for all FM operations.
- Ensure total site compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and all contractual requirements.
- Liaise directly with clients, corporate stakeholders, and vendors to resolve operational issues or escalations.
