Senior Facilities & Property Manager

Dempsey Resource Management is looking for an experienced facilities manager based in Cavite, Philippines. The ideal candidate should be a Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer with more than 8 years in property management and construction projects.

This role involves overseeing daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing vendor contracts. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino are essential. The position is based in the Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City.
