Senior Facilities Manager
As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead and oversee facility operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. You will drive adherence to JLL's operational excellence standards and the client's operational requirements, establish and monitor key performance indicators specific to the operational environment, and conduct strategic facility assessments to proactively address maintenance needs. This leadership role involves managing various operational functions including work order management for specialized equipment, coordination of services, energy efficiency initiatives for large-scale operations, and comprehensive budget oversight.
What You'll Do
