Senior Lead Facility Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations across the corporate office and manufacturing unit, with end-to-end ownership of MEP systems. You will drive maintenance excellence and lead greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all infrastructure and utilities.
Your job:
Manage end-to-end facility operations for both corporate office and manufacturing unit
Ensure high availability and performance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, DG sets, and utilities
Plan and execute greenfield and brownfield projects, including expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure setup
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
Monitor and optimize energy usage, driving cost-saving and sustainability initiatives
