Senior Experience Designer (Santiago)

Job responsibilities

• Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects, developing and evolving digital products and services within complex ecosystems
• Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes at multiple fidelity levels, and design systems
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems, connecting design decisions to product and engineering strategy
• Work in close collaboration with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs and operating comfortably in agile delivery contexts
• Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into concrete product and platform-level decisions — not just research outputs
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies that connect user insights to business and product direction
