Responsibilities
- Involve in the defining, designing and implementation of learning solutions to support business transformation within the Group.
- Continuously engage NTCs, managers, and learners in their learning journey.
- Support in the promotion, adaption, and deployment programs within the Group and secure learners’ engagement in all talent and learning and development programs.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative online learning programs through online platform e.g Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure accurate and timeline data collection and preparation for reporting and decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the assessing learning needs within EDOTCO by collaborating with Department Heads and Managers.
