Senior Executive, Product Operations

Position Responsbilities:

As a Product Operations , you will be the glue between teams - driving cross-functional initiatives, breaking down silos, and ensuring execution excellence . You’ll work across departments, ensuring that projects / launches / workflow are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and drive execution with a can-do attitude will be critical to our success.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with operations, training, supply chain, quality assurance to ensure end to end readiness before product go-live and product off-boarding processes
• Participate in pilots and new store formats to assess operational feasibility and process scalability
