Senior Executive - Merchandise Planning (Supply)

Responsibilities

• Monitor RDC Regional Distribution Center stock levels and coordinate with Supply Planning to ensure timely replenishment
• Monitor outlet stock levels and support capacity planning in collaboration with Supply Planners
• Oversee outlet stock clearance and pricing management by coordinating stock transfers, markdowns, and inventory liquidation
• Execute inter‑store IM stock write‑offs and ensure adherence to approval guidelines and system processes
• Manage sharing, consolidation, and transfer of defective and damaged stocks between stores and RDC
• Process defective stock write‑offs including system entries, documentation, and approvals
• Coordinate sample stock movement from territories to concept offices including write‑offs and documentation for non‑returnable items
• Maintain and update RMS Retail Management System and Shala price information ensuring pricing accuracy across all markets
