We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support learning operations and training programs. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and monitoring of learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations
- Support execution of training plans and programs aligned with organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day training operations (instructor‑led, virtual, hybrid, and events)
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, venues, materials, and communications
- Provide support in training design and delivery to improve learning engagement
- Manage end-to-end activities using the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track and report training data (attendance, completion, participation, etc.) for analysis and improvement
