Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires including preparing offer letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate induction programs to familiarize new employees with firm policies, systems, and audit/tax tools.
- Manage offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and benefits in the HRMS.
- Participate in HR audits and government surveys (e.g., MOM).
- Administer payroll in coordination with finance, ensuring compliance with CPF, IRAS (Form IR8A), and other statutory
- Oversee insurance renewals and provide support for employee insurance-related queries.
