Senior Executive, People & Culture

The Senior Executive, People & Culture serves as the primary HR contact for the Audit business unit and supports managers and employees on people‑related matters. The role focuses on business partnering support, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning support while developing broader HRBP capabilities.

This role reports to the Manager, People & Culture and works closely with local stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team, contributing to day‑to‑day operations while supporting ongoing initiatives to strengthen and standardise HR processes across the organisation.

• Serve as the primary People & Culture contact for the Audit business unit.
