Manage employee offboarding and separation processes.
Administer I-9 compliance and work authorization tracking.
Support client audits and maintain audit documentation.
Process employment verifications, court orders, and related requests.
Coordinate benefits and insurance administration, including employee support.
Process employee requests, including but not limited to vacation/PTO requests, address changes, pay rate changes, vendor changes, assignment extensions, and other employee information updates.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
Respond to employee and Sales/Recruiters inquiries regarding policies, employment records, and HR processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Education: Bachelors Degree
