Job Purpose

The Senior / Executive will be responsible for leading a group of staff. She/he will be managing several teams of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers who are responsible in maintaining the air-conditioning equipment, mechanical ventilation system, tunnel ventilation system, and their control system SMRT network in compliance with SMRT relevant procedures and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team’s performance and productivity including maintenance, repair, fault attendance, installation and modification works are complying strictly to the Statutory Codes of Practices, Work Instructions/Task lists, Work Safety Manual/Procedures, Quality Procedures, Department and Division Standards, Quality Assurance System in accordance with ISO standards and HSEMS.
• Review the submission of Monthly Work Schedules for maintenance works prepared by maintenance teams.
