About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, high‑energy and people‑first Culture Senior Executive to help bring the Allstar experience to life across the Group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning culture and values into real, everyday experiences through meaningful engagement, creative storytelling, internal campaigns and initiatives that make our workplace more connected, inspiring and fun. You will help drive key culture initiatives across the Allstar journey, from onboarding and values activation to employee engagement, culture campaigns, internal events and regional activations. Working closely with teams across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and other regional markets, you will deliver culture programmes that reflect who we are, what we stand for and where we are going.
