Join a dynamic team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, where you will play a key role in enhancing the operations of our Food Service Team. This position involves overseeing daily food service tasks to ensure seamless meal preparation and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Mobilize and manage staff for daily operations. Ensure daily meals summaries and patient menu chits are generated from the electronic meal ordering system (EMOS). Oversee food dishing and tray assembly activities by Food & Beverage Assistants, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate event catering deliveries according to instructions from event organizers. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and local regulatory requirements (MUIS, ISO 22000, MOH, WSH) among all staff. Monitor chillers and freezers' temperatures twice daily and alert facilities management if temperatures fall out of range. Activate business continuity plans when nece...
