Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Dining Design & Development

Job Description

You will join the Dining Design & Development team within the Inflight Services & Design Department, Customer Experience Division, supporting the governance and development of Singapore Airlines’ inflight and lounge meal offerings. In this role, you will strengthen budget planning and expenditure oversight, while partnering internal stakeholders and catering partners to review product policies, enhance meal offerings and support the timely implementation of F&B initiatives.

Your work will contribute directly to the world-class experience that Singapore Airlines delivers to customers—by ensuring that our inflight/lounge meal propositions are delivered to SIA’s standards, operationally feasible and cost-effective.
