SENIOR EXEC, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Executive in Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance regulations to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do:

• Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance
• Maintain HR-related employee information in the company database/HRMS
• Review, revise and enhance employee compensation and benefits as well as policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes.
• Benchmarking of employees' rewards and benefits scheme to ensure market competitiveness
• Administrator of expatriate management
• Key reference point for company HR policies and HR system
