About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Estimator
to lead the development of accurate, competitive, and well‑supported estimates for complex
marine, piling, and heavy civil construction projects . This is a senior leadership role within the estimating team, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, shape winning proposals, and mentor the next generation of estimators.
In this position, you will manage multiple tenders simultaneously, evaluate risk and constructability, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and work closely with project teams and senior leadership to deliver high‑quality bid submissions. Your expertise will directly support the successful delivery of marine infrastructure projects across British Columbia.
