We are currently looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Gold Coast team.
This will be someone that loves to come up with strategies to win work and work with those around them to achieve, but who still loves to be hands on when it comes to cost planning for repeat and ECI business, and hard dollar tendering. You will have previous experience working on a broad range of tenders and cost plans, including multi story residential, retail and industrial, anywhere between $5-$150M.
As the preferred candidate you will;
- Be proficient in Buildsoft and/or CostX.
- Excel at assessing project details and client expectations, on D&C projects that are not fully documented
- Excel at building relationships with local subcontractors and understanding the local market
- A strong QS background is highly desirable
