Role Overview
You will play a key role in pre- and post-contract cost management ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis and cost breakdowns
- Manage variation orders and commercial submissions
- Prepare monthly progress billing and payment certificates
- Monitor budgets and purchase orders against allocations
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement sheets
- Participate in tender analysis and supplier quotation reviews
- Assist in final account preparation and commercial negotiations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within UAE.
- Strong experience in interior fit‑out / landscaping estimation
- Excellent knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and billing processes
