YOUR ROLE
- Take full ownership of advanced deposition systems like Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ
- Improve equipment uptime, reliability and throughput
- Diagnose and resolve fault across vacuum, RF, gas delivery and temperature control
- Identify root cause using SPC charts and fault analysis
- Work closely with process engineers in film deposition quality, thickness uniformity and defect reduction
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Drive projects to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Equipment Engineer in PVD module
- Strong understanding of Chemical Vapor Deposition WXZ, WWEB process, Vacuum systems and pumps
- Experience working in Novellus Altus, Centura tools
