About The Role
The Senior ePMO Analyst plays a pivotal role in assuring and supporting effective delivery of portfolio outcomes across The Very Group. Operating at enterprise portfolio level, this role partners closely with Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers, Senior stakeholders, Finance, People and Strategy to provide a holistic, cross‑cutting view of change. Acting as a critical friend, the Senior ePMO Analyst challenges constructively, supports decision‑making, and proactively identifies cross‑portfolio risks, dependencies and delivery constraints. The role drives consistency, maturity, and value across governance, reporting and delivery frameworks, elevating performance across multiple portfolios spanning retail and financial services.
