- A degree in Environmental Science / Management.
Experience
- 5-8 years in conducting impact assessments specifically within the mining industry.
- 5-8 years in environmental legal auditing (NEMA, NEMWA, National Water Act and MPRDA).
- Knowledge of applicable environmental and mining legislation.
Additional qualifications
- Project Management certification would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of IFC and World Bank principles would be preferable.
- Must possess a valid passport and driver's license.
- Willing to travel throughout Africa and elsewhere, as needed.
