The business works across environmental planning and assessment, regulatory approvals, stakeholder engagement, construction support, environmental inspection, mitigation, reclamation, and abandonment. Backed by a broader platform of complementary service lines, the company provides integrated support across major projects from early planning through execution and close out. This role has been created to strengthen project leadership in the field and support continued growth across active programs in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Compensation

• Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000.
• Bonus pool tied to 20% of EBITDA.
• Phantom stock plan tied to 15% of enterprise value in the event of an exit or company sale.
• 4 weeks of vacation.
