About the Role

Our client is an organization embarking on a landmark digital transformation initiative — building a next‑generation, whole‑of‑government (WOG) procurement platform that will reshape how public officers and external suppliers conduct procurement across the entire Singapore public sector.

What You’ll Do

Technical Delivery & Architecture

• Lead product development, system integration, and architecture design for large‑scale, high‑availability enterprise applications used across government
• Implement complex workflows, multi‑object data models, and platform extensions independently
• Proactively reduce platform debt and resolve multi‑module production bottlenecks
• Safely manage complex data migrations with strict pre‑checks, reconciliation protocols, and backout plans
• Document architectural trade‑offs using Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
