As a Senior Engineering Manager (Adobe Engineering), you will play a critical leadership role in shaping Vanguard’s digital front door for millions of investors worldwide. This Product Family is central to how we attract, engage, and convert prospects into clients delivering seamless, personalised, and data-driven experiences across every stage of the investor journey.This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Vanguard’s digital marketing web platforms, driving innovation in personalisation, scalability, and performance. Partnering closely with Product, UX, Data, and cross-channel teams, you will enable connected investor journeys that drive measurable business outcomes such as engagement, conversion, and long-term client value.
