As Engineering Manager in our Platform group, you’ll lead cross-functional squads shaping tools and systems that enhance the software development lifecycle at scale. You’ll enable AI-driven experimentation and drive innovation through data, while mentoring engineers and aligning technical strategy with company goals. You’ll own delivery quality, scalability, and stakeholder alignment, balancing speed with robust engineering practices. This role offers hands-on influence over architectural direction and a chance to contribute to a mission that makes healthcare more human.
