Senior Engineering Manager - Pre-Opening Resort, Batangas

Transitions Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for a pre-opening resort in South Luzon, Philippines.

The role reports to the Hotel Manager and oversees the Engineering Department's daily operations, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, is a licensed engineer (preferred), and has 10 years as an Engineering Department Head in a hotel/resort, with MEFPS expertise and strong leadership.
