About the Role This position is to lead a part of the Platform group, which focuses on building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle and supports hundreds of engineers across the company. Responsibilities Manage and lead a multi‑disciplinary team of squads. Provide accountability for all the initiatives of your teams. Work closely with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy. Act as a point of reference for the Leadership team and the main stakeholders of your teams.
