Senior Engineering Manager, Multi-Plant Medical Devices

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Ciudad de México to oversee engineering functions across multiple locations. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience managing engineering in a manufacturing environment and an Engineering Degree. Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills are a must.

The role includes advising management on engineering problems, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Knowledge in GMPs, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing will be key assets.
