Senior Engineering Manager

Role Purpose The Senior Engineering Manager leads teams of Product Development, NPI, and Process Engineering engineers responsible for production line transfers, design-for-manufacturability execution, tooling readiness, and sustaining engineering activities for power connectors and cable assemblies within a high-volume production environment.
The role bridges Global Product Development and Operations, ensuring that new and existing power interconnect products are released, industrialized, and scaled into robust manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Mexicali engineering teams across product development, NPI, process engineering, testing, and DFM/DFA.
Own execution of new product introductions (NPI) and production line transfers, including new programs, site transfers, and dual-sourcing.
Manage engineering releases and changes, ensuring timely and controlled implementation into manufacturing.
