Senior Engineer/Engineer, NVM QRA

As an NVM QRA Engineer in Global Quality, you will conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis of 3D NAND memory devices, develop and oversee qualification plans and risk assessment to sustain and improve Micron’s memory quality.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Define NAND qualification plan
• Facilitate and manage qualification
• Perform qualification test data analysis, perform risk assessment at all decision points within qualification cycle
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify the failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions
• Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to comprehend new reliability issues with resolutions and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis
