Customer Support & Service Coordination for CNG compressors
Deliver day-to-day service support to Customer Centres using CTS tools.Ensure timely resolution of myQUEST tickets.Conduct field visits for root cause analysis and technical support.Product Quality & Warranty Management
Collect and interpret product guarantee data from Customer Centres.Communicate findings to relevant departments for continuous product improvement.Manage PQM and TCM processes to reduce warranty costs and failure rates.Handle warranty claims through WAnT Claim Review.Engineering Change & Product Development
